Electric Spinner

This wonderful little spinner may be used for spinning any fiber or for plying. It has a standard spinning head and uses the #100B bobbins. Speed is infinitely adjustable - excellent for the beginner or the pro. Perfect for teaching, spinning for profit or for someone who may have trouble treading or is unable to treadle a wheel. Orifice size is 3/8”. The flyer is dual belt driven, providing easy tension adjustment.  To reverse the rotation of the flyer for plying, each belt is given a half twist at the motor. Spinner includes two extra bobbins and a built in lazy kate. Manufactured from oak and maple hard woods and finished with 2 coats of lacquer. Much easier to store than a wheel as the spinner measures 9”deep x 18”wide x 8” high. This unit uses 120 volts.
